IT Sales Manager

About the role

We are a Digital Consultancy Company that provides sophisticated and scalable software solutions for Digitally Enabled Commerce. Our main strategic partners are PrestaShop, Shopware, and Sylius. So, we are looking for an IT Sales Manager who is passionate about technology and has a proven track record of successfully selling IT services and solutions to businesses. In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team and driving revenue growth.

IT Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Train and mentor the sales team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that the solutions being sold meet the needs of clients.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of competitors and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications. Good understanding of:

  •  3+ years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and technology solutions.
