We’re currently seeking a dynamic Product Owner to facilitate the development of our groundbreaking new product. This product has the potential to revolutionize the way we shop online, thanks to its innovative AI technology.

Your core responsibilities as a Product Owner will be:

  • Backlog management: refinement and alignment of tasks with the business goals to make the development process flawless;
  • Analysis of production data, monitoring of the performance of the development team, and making decisions based on real data;
  • Collaboration with the Cross-functional team;
  • Ensuring Transparency and Agility are maintained across all processes.

As the Product Owner, we expect you to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a tech company (ideally – in a SaaS business involving AI, ML, NLP, search and recommendation, or similar);
  • 2+ years of experience working with technical products (platforms, distributed systems, data science, AI, ML, NLP, or similar would be an advantage);
  • One year of experience managing a team in Engineering, Operations, or Design;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Lithuanian and English (lack of excellent command in Lithuanian will unfortunately serve as a cut-off criterion);
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with a good business sense to prioritize tasks based on ROI.
  • Proven ability to create and drive a clear product vision for search products, and effectively communicate it to leadership, customers, and partners.
  • Ability to provide insights and achieve measurable results for innovative digital products, even in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to learn from all possible processes and examples and bring fresh, new ideas to the team.

  • The pay range based on your experience, qualifications, and ambition, estimated at 2500-3500 EUR (pre-tax).
