Business Analyst

Our increasingly digital workplace @Invertus demands more analytical positions to maintain quality-based products and services for our partners and clients. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst who cares for efficiently functioning systems and has a strong interest in modern technologies. We will hire a business analyst to analyze business needs and implement solutions that support existing technology and business initiatives.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

Analyze and identify improvement opportunities, assess business process and system inefficiencies;
Team up with businesses to learn their processes, gather requirements, provide solutions to current challenges, and help drive implementations;
Plan the system flow, manage design considerations and implementation while managing timelines;
Prepare detailed system specifications and requirements, identify required inputs;
Document and modify user requests into technical specifications;
Participate in the design, development, and testing of systems.

Qualifications. Good understanding of:

Effective verbal & written communication in English and Lithuanian;
Previous successful involvement in a similar position;
Solid knowledge of balanced mix between business and technology;
Awareness and understanding of human behavior in using any system;
A rational and design thinker who also can turn user requirements into a set of functional specifications;
Willingness to learn and grow your competence.
