At Invertus, we believe that sales are not just about closing deals – they’re about building long-term partnerships. As an Account Executive, you’ll become a trusted advisor, helping international clients solve real problems, make smart decisions, and grow with us over time.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle – from identifying and nurturing leads to closing deals and expanding existing accounts. Post-sale, your role continues: you will maintain strong communication with clients, coordinate collaboration, offer new solutions, and focus on growing the client’s account value for Invertus.

This role takes courage, confidence, and curiosity. Clients can find service providers anywhere, but what sets us apart is the relationship. Our clients stay because they feel heard, supported, and understood.

Your core responsibilities as an Account Executive will include:

  • Understand and respond to client needs with clarity, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Present and communicate the value of our services to global prospects
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships that actually mean something
  • Identify opportunities for account growth (upselling & cross-selling)
  • Pursue new opportunities via inbound leads, follow-ups, meetings, and outreach
  • Research business context and tailor proposals to real pain points
  • Negotiate with confidence to close win-win deals
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, including C-level execs at major international companies
  • Track payments, monitor performance, and increase client value over time
  • Collaborate with our delivery team to align expectations and execution
  • Contribute ideas to improve our sales process and drive new interest

What we’re looking for in an Account Executive:

  • Experience working with international clients (ideally in IT or eCommerce)
  • 2+ years in a similar sales or business development role
  • Strong written and spoken communication in English and Lithuanian
  • Skilled in negotiation and reading people to reach win-win outcomes
  • Ability to clearly communicate value and argue persuasively when needed
  • Background in B2B sales and a consultative selling approach
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and ability to contribute to strategy
  • Business mindset, curiosity, and a hunger to learn and grow
  • Well-developed soft skills and emotional intelligence
  • Creativity, critical thinking, and adaptability
  • Trust-building through genuine, human-to-human interaction
  • Ability to grow and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (nice to have)
