We’re currently looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to support our participation in a numerous trade events across Europe and beyond, and facilitate the outreach campaigns using email, PPC, social media, and other classic marketing tools.

Your core responsibilities as a Marketing Manager would be:

  • Support our participation in Trade Fair events across Europe and more distant regions, taking care of whatever is needed: securing the exhibition booth, ensuring the stand looks perfect, running the outreach campaigns to get the potential customers we need to come and meet our team;
  • Run targeted outreach campaigns to the existing customer base in different channels, driving conversions and growing the loyal follower base;
  • Ensure flawless execution of all production tasks, from getting the designs from designers in due quality and on time to the production of merch, and visuals;
  • Analysis of production data, monitoring of the performance of the campaigns you work on, to ensure the highest possible ROI;
  • Collaboration with the Cross-functional team;
    Ensuring Transparency and Agility are maintained across all processes.

As the Marketing manager, we expect you to:

  • Be a Jack of all Trades, have business attitude and Growth mindset;
  • Have 3+ years of experience in marketing (ideally in a tech company). Experience in Event management would be highly appreciated;
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills in Lithuanian and English (lack of excellent command in Lithuanian will, unfortunately, serve as a cut-off criterion);
  • Possess strong analytical skills with a good business sense to ensure ROI;
  • Have a creative mindset and ability to learn and grow fast;
  • Be abile to innovate and deliver meaningful results in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

  • The pay range based on your experience, qualifications, and ambition, estimated at 2000-3000 EUR (pre-tax).
